What exactly goes into determining the cost of your project?
Time.
Our determining factor for how long a project will take whether its forensic or Quality assurance, is time. How many windows... how large is the wall... how big is the deck....these are all the questions we will need to know in order to determine the cost of your job.
So to make things easier and quicker, its encouraged that you email building plans, text your images, or email your images of the areas you need tested (FROM THE EXTERIOR SIDE) to us and we will have a better understanding of exactly how long your test will take.
Window / door / wall leaks; Take your pictures with the Entire wall of the building in the picture.
Decks leaks; take pictures of the entire deck and the entire connecting wall.

FEES
Test Crew Includes (1) Test Manager and (1-3) Technicians plus Test Vehicle
Testing Rate $2,250.00/Day Overtime $282 / Hour
Testing Rate $1450/Half Day (Typically reserved for re-testing or small projects) Overtime $282 / Hour
A. Start time(s) between 7:00 – 9:00 AM (PST)
B. Actual job-site arrival dependent upon daily traffic condition
Travel .70 per mile starting from the shop for ADDITIONAL DAYS
Travel and expenses not listed here for all work outside of California
WATER INTRUSION TEST REPORTING
Because reporting is not automatically included, please confirm in the beginning of testing so we can prepare and take copious notes should you require reporting
Daily Reporting Fee: $150.00 half day (NTE 4-hours) $200.00 Full day (NTE 8-hours) testing
$150 - $200 for each additional days of testing including half days.
*Reporting may NOT be included in the estimated proposal as this may change depending on the number of test days
