Time.

Our determining factor for how long a project will take whether its forensic or Quality assurance, is time. How many windows... how large is the wall... how big is the deck....these are all the questions we will need to know in order to determine the cost of your job.

So to make things easier and quicker, we need these items;

• Building plans
• Testing specifications
• Pictures of the areas to be tested
• Side image of the entire exterior side of the building ground to roof
• Summary of the issues or testing needed
• Entire deck

This will help us have a better understanding of exactly how long your test will take.

Test Crew Includes (1) Test Manager and (1-3) Technicians plus Test Vehicle

Testing Rate $2,250.00/Day  Overtime $282 / Hour
Testing Rate $1450/Half Day (Typically reserved for re-testing or small projects) Overtime $282 / Hour
A. Start time(s) between 7:00 – 9:00 AM (PST)
B. Actual job-site arrival dependent upon daily traffic condition

Travel .70 per mile starting from the shop for ADDITIONAL DAYS

Travel and expenses not listed here for all work outside of California
